Your account
The account is yours alone. Keep your password to yourself, and tell Nigel if you think somebody else has it. Give accurate information, particularly about injuries and health, because he uses it to coach you safely.
Sessions and your balance
Sessions are bought in blocks, arranged directly with Nigel. He adds them to your account and each booking uses one. Sessions last 60 minutes.
You can book up to 56 days ahead, and no later than 12 hours before a session starts.
Cancelling
- Cancel 24 hours or more before the start and the session goes back to your balance.
- Cancel later than that and the session is used up. The app tells you which of the two applies before you confirm, every time.
- If Nigel cancels, for any reason and at any notice, the session always goes back to your balance.
- If you do not turn up, the session is used up.
Payment
Payment is arranged directly with Nigel and is not taken through this app. Sessions appear in your balance once he has added them.
Health, and what coaching is not
Nigel is a coach, not a doctor. Nothing in this app is medical advice. If you have a diagnosed condition, take medication, are pregnant or are recovering from an injury, coaching runs alongside your GP or specialist and never instead of them. Tell Nigel about anything relevant before you train, and stop and seek medical help if something hurts in a way that worries you.
Training carries some risk. You take part at your own risk, and results depend on what you do between sessions as much as during them.
Your routine and the resources
Anything Nigel writes for you is for you. Please do not pass it on or publish it.
Messages
Messages here are for training matters. Nigel reads them himself and replies when he can, so this is not the place for anything urgent. If a session is starting soon, use WhatsApp or phone him.
Closing your account
You can close your account whenever you like, from your account page. Any sessions left in your balance are settled with Nigel directly.
He may close an account if it is being misused, or if the coaching relationship has ended. He will tell you first, other than in serious circumstances.
If something goes wrong
If the app is unavailable for a while, Nigel will sort out any affected bookings directly. Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer under UK law.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

If these terms change in a way that affects you, you will be told in the app.
